long time most Myanmar business man focus on / depend on government project without doing industrialization so the number of jobless is increasing day by day jobless become time bomb in Myanmar so a lot of Myanmar are going to neighboring countries to work 3 d job to get new pasture -it is said that there are 10 million immigrant Myanmar workers in oversea
political system has changed since 2010 election - foreign direct invest er are coming to Burma. foreign currency is flowing to Myanmar - most of industrial zones are in the hands of crony or ex-military government relatives on the others hand , most of unmovable properties are in the hand of crony but people are jobless or homeless - main place of YANGON metropolitan are in the hands of crony or occupied by crony people do not know how the existing govt or ex- govt hired or sold- to them the price of square feet on pyi road is 250,000 kyats but some crony get for -2000- kyats - prices of real estate in Yangon is 2 - 3 times as expensive as that of new-york city
when we study along the road of yang on -insein road or lower mingalar don road there are a lot tof slumps - it is necessary to upgrade their shelter why do not they do now///?//
existing govt implemented for the homeless by building housing project but homeless can not buy their housing the price is 200 lakhs at least for a flat which are located outskirt of Yangon
the workers or professional who have bet 1000 to 20000 dollars a months -- are not interested to buy them
whenever FDI come to Myanmar .they esquire about electricity , ICT, REAL ESTATE . WHEN THEY HEAR THE PRICES OF UNMOVABLE PROPERTIES , THEY Run AWAY WITHOUT DOING
IT IS NECESSARY TO CONTROL THE Real Estate BY COLLECTING SUITABLE TAX / EX- GOVT REDUCED THE TAX ON LAND SO CRONY OR THEIRS RELATIVES THE GROUP WHO GOT THE MONEY UNDER THE TABLE BOUGHT REAL ESTATE - LATER Existing GOVT RAISE THE TAX ON IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES TO 37 %---- to be continued
