there are two kinds of company here they are private and public company but there are over one hundred thousand companies but there are few public companies in Myanmar -now Myanmar has faced with lack of infrastructure since 1988 but ex-military or existing authority can not solve these problems well -it is necessary to allow the sate government suitable power to develop
infrastructure during short period . On the others hand most of Myanmar company are interested to do government project to get profit during short period that is main problem

it is important to come out public company in golden land. japan DAIWA is to trying so that stock exchange market come out .Myanmar parliament act stock exchange and monetary law last few months government need to motive crony and business man to come out public company in Myanmar first crony and rich persons should found the public firm to operate transportation ,communication ,electricity supply company in Myanmar -30 % of share must be from foreign ,40 % of it may be from crony ,40 % of total share may be from the people
after forming public company such as transportation, communication ,electricity these companies need to show the people how the are operating to fill lack of infrastructure in Myanmar at the same time . they need to sell share the people who want to invest in these business .people will get chance to buy share and invest money in these s field
Yangon city transportation
at present -city transportation authority allow private cars to carry passengers in Yangon city most of the bus are out of date it is important to change city transportation. first -this public company can start to run this transportation in Yangon market if they have 100 bus which cost 200,00lakhs kyats (990 kyats =on dollars )they have to invite and motive the people to buy share if people buy their share , this company will get money to import bus from foreign countries, people can get steady income by taking the bus every day if the bus es are modern , passengers may avoid driving the own cars themselves

government allow four companies to work as operator in Myanmar market including MPT-
MPT WILL not occupy the whole market in near future their rivals , 3 companies come out -MPT should be formed as public company. they should invitee foreign partner. we hear that MPT is doing with KKDI from japan if MPT get the help oversea they will get experience , investment money , technology. MOREOVER MPT SHOULD SELL SHARE THE PEOPLe to develop their telecom business . there are are a lot of native people who want to invest in telecom business but they have no chance -if this come out in Myanmar people get income by using mobile
electricity supply
Myanmar get the electricity especially from hydro power project but people criticize these projects there may be some problem for building these projects we do not know exactly about these details when we study these projects Myanmar usually get 10 % of total electricity out put . it is nonsense FDI use our natural resources so Myanmar should get 40 % of total out put . for example if a project generate 100 mega watt we Myanmar must get 40 % of electricity Myanmar need to build gas turbine but there are few gas turbine -Myanmar is selling gas Thailand from ta nin tahr yee kan pauk region .people from that area do not get electricity from that region china is sending gas from ra kahaing state so people from ra khaing state should get full electricity -electricity supply business is sure to get profit government must encourage company to form public company so that people get opportunity to invest in this business .and they will get income from using electricity
