Time passes so quickly when we are enjoying our self but time passes so slowly when i teach in the class .when the military government allowed people to form the political party in 1988 , there were over 200 parties in 1990 election BUT before 1988 , there was a BSPP party only .
if we study Myanmar history . there were a lot of kings , these kings ruled their region as they wish but ANAW-YA HATR, BA YINT NAUNG , A LAUNG BAS PA YAR tried to unite Myanmar so there are 3 empire in Myanmar history . AT present there are a lot of political parties here .There should be three main party or national race party in Myanmar --- others may be national race party BSPP becomes TA SA NYA - NLD IS NLD , USDA ETC THESE are there main party in myanmar , The number of political party shows the unity in indirect ways
when we study them , I THINK they do not have think tank group in their party that have to advise party policy maker --- other powerful group is 88 generation group they are doing separately- all party should form think tank group to support party .These think tank group should find out what the party have to implement when they get the power or what they should do if they do not get power for example , ministry of education, ministry of health ministry of immigration , etc will implement at once when they get power .
union parliament have to choose 3 vice president .one person become president , two persons become vice president of myanmar ,
President have to appoint minister or deputy minister with the approval of union -- parliament -- president including ministers should have to visit to get idea what people feel - or need ===vice president or minister or deputy mister should travel around Myanmar 15 days during a month
if the party want to implemetn special project , member of parliment can propose a proposition in parliment at once , cabinet have to conduct in accordance of the parliament decision -- authrority usually do meetings , work shop , again and again but it is necessary to come out good result -- people hope a lot eg-- YANGON citizens want to take good bus on yangon road . passengers are crowed in rush hour , they can not solve the public transportation system, lack of ELECTRICITY well people’s hope start to vapor -- Government should install CCTV CAMERA in Yangon. Mandalay . nay p[yi daw office --if they check . they will feel sad ============

i am writing a story IN ENGLISH based on MAIN-GYAR-YAN REGION controlled by national race arms force IN KAchin state , that place may be second city for kachin people the name of story is RETURN FROM MAIN-GYAR-YAN WHICH means --- MAIN-GYAR-YAN == MA =-= A == PYAN == IN MYANMAR LANGUAGE
