IN  2015, AFTA-asean  free  trade  area   will  start-   all  ASE AN     professionals   are   allowed   to  work  in   ASE-AN   REGION -EG.  if   a  company  has  a  vacancy  to  appoint  for   a  professional   post    ,  any  professional     from  ASE AN     REGION   CAN  APPLY     to  work  in  that   company  .   Myanmar professional    can  apply   any  vacancy  in  Asean  region   it   is  challenging   to  Myanmar  professional on  the  others  hand  ,  ASE AN  Companies   ARE    ALLOWED  TO  DO  ANY   KINDS  OF   BUSINESS  in  ASE-AN  REGION   it  is  noticeable  for   Myanmar


first  group

the  teachers     must  be  good  at   their  subjects    which   he   or   she  is  teaching   so
the   first  group   who    have  to  do  capacity  is   Myanmar  teachers -
SECOND   GROUP

   politicians,parliament   members (mp)cabinets  members . government    servants      must    know     constitution or  law     order    or  instructions or   rules WHICH   THEY  HAVE  TO  MANAGE -- so  they  will be  second   group
