Time passes so quickly when we are enjoying our self but time passes so slowly when i teach in the class .when the military government allowed people to form the political party in 1988 , there were over 200 parties in 1990 election BUT before 1988 , there was a BSPP party only .
if we study Myanmar history . there were a lot of kings , these kings ruled their region as they wish but ANAW-YA HATR, BA YINT NAUNG , A LAUNG BAS PA YAR tried to unite Myanmar so there are 3 empire in Myanmar history . AT present there are a lot of political parties here .There should be three main party or national race party in Myanmar --- others may be national race party BSPP becomes TA SA NYA - NLD IS NLD , USDA ETC THESE are there main party in myanmar , The number of political party shows the unity in indirect ways
when we study them , I THINK they do not have think tank group in their party that have to advise party policy maker --- other powerful group is 88 generation group they are doing separately- all party should form think tank group to support party .These think tank group should find out what the party have to implement when they get the power or what they should do if they do not get power for example , ministry of education, ministry of health ministry of immigration , etc will implement at once when they get power .
union parliament have to choose 3 vice president .one person become president , two persons become vice president of myanmar ,
President have to appoint minister or deputy minister with the approval of union -- parliament -- president including ministers should have to visit to get idea what people feel - or need ===vice president or minister or deputy mister should travel around Myanmar 15 days during a month
if the party want to implemetn special project , member of parliment can propose a proposition in parliment at once , cabinet have to conduct in accordance of the parliament decision -- authrority usually do meetings , work shop , again and again but it is necessary to come out good result -- people hope a lot eg-- YANGON citizens want to take good bus on yangon road . passengers are crowed in rush hour , they can not solve the public transportation system, lack of ELECTRICITY well people’s hope start to vapor -- Government should install CCTV CAMERA in Yangon. Mandalay . nay p[yi daw office --if they check . they will feel sad ============

Myanmar is a LDC country so government can not afford to support computer and internet all university and high schools but Myanmar is not behind the time about ICT most of Myanmar new generations are good at ICT --- ICT TRAING CENTER are full of students but -Myanmar crony forget to donate computers and internet access to schools . most of them usually donate to potential party and authority --To develop a country , that country must depend on their resources .WE Urge INTERNATIONAL or Myanmar crony to help or to donate Myanmar schools for ICT DEvelopment there is a computer science and technology university in every state and division in Myanmar .if international gives scholarship program me, I C T will develop at once in Myanmar . the new generation from rural and remote area are eager to study computer and mobile technology .after studying these , they can work in their region without going to big city--in others words , teaching computer and mobiles technology can help to remove poverty problem and doing I C T business can create jobs for Myanmar society some of Myanmar shOpS are using computer - there are a lot of software writers here . if international company come and write software for international organization in Myanmar, Myanmar new generations will get ict jobs - Government departments are Training their workers computer course we believe that all govt WORKERS might be able to use computer in the future . if you visit every house in Myanmar . , you will see a television but they forget to buy COMPUTER-- parents should buy a computer set for their children ---
now high schools in chin state are installed computer assess for their school with the help of international and =-----

U will get a lot of experience along the road - you can visit some garden near kalaw it takes 24 hr to arrive lwaikaw(kayar state )- u have to sleep on bus u will arrive at 9 morning in lwaikaw(kayar state )- beautiful mountains paddy will attract you . u can meet very honest friendly national race they are ready to help
Yangon- thar si- kalaw-he ho-Taung gyi-nansan-kyaing ton-(3 hr)Tarchilate car road to Thai land
you can go to taung gyi or kyaing ton or Tarchilate by plane from yangon but if you want to go to taung gyi , you have to get off at HE-HO airport . u can see paddy field near heho plain.floating market is waiting for u.u should visit jump cat monastery in inlay lake .u can visit Hmaw daw koku pagoda near taung gyi but u should inform to security force before u go
STORY -----i am writing a short story in English based on MAIN GYAN YAN REGION in kachin state -MAIN GYAN YAN is second city for kachin and controlled by national race arm forces --after reading this story i believe you have a desire to visit that region like --the bridge on KWAI river near KACHANABURI region in THAI LAND
